Short Single Bit Ax Handle Hickory 30in. Fire Tempered is made of red and white hickory. This replacement handle will fit 3-1/2 to 5 pound single bit axe heads with teardrop shaped eyes. Standard eye measures approximately 2-1/4″ x 3/4″Oval shaped for improved ergonomics and grip. Double sanded for a smooth finish.
You can also let us make your own custom single bit axe handle 30in. Choose your own eye size, grain, grade and finish in the options menu and have it made how you prefer. We offer the option to buy rough turned axe handles, for those who want to fully tune their handle.
When you choose a custom handle allow up to 2 weeks of additional time to prepare your order.
Includes 1 poplar wedge and 1 steel wedge.
