Our Cotton Hoe Handle Steel Ferrule is for hoe/rake handles that have a shank or tang inserted in the handle.

It is 4-1/4 inches long and has a 1-1/8 inch opening on the large end. The ferrule tapers from 1-1/4 inch opening down to 7/8 inch opening and has a rolled end that measures 9/16 inch. Made from 16 gauge steel that has been powder coated. USA made.
